When you book a session, complete a contact form, or communicate with us, we may collect:

- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

Information collected automatically
This website may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited. This data is used only for aggregate analytics and is not linked to your identity.
Booking and scheduling data
Session bookings are handled through Cal.com. When you book a session, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Please refer to Cal.com's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following purposes:
- To schedule, confirm, and conduct coaching sessions
- To process payments and issue receipts
- To send you relevant communications about your sessions or our services
- To prepare for sessions and maintain session notes (anonymized where possible)
- To respond to your inquiries
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.
4. Coaching Session Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Session content and personal details will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior written consent, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Where we have reasonable grounds to believe you or another person is at imminent risk of harm
- Where disclosure is required by applicable law or court order
We may retain brief, anonymized notes from sessions for the purpose of session preparation. These notes do not contain identifying information and are not shared.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services:
- Cal.com — for session scheduling and booking
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Google Meet — for conducting sessions

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Coaching session notes are retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and may be deleted upon your request. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights Under PIPA (BC)
As a resident of British Columbia, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw your consent to our use of your information (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
- Request deletion of your personal information, where there is no legal requirement to retain it

8. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Session communications occur over encrypted platforms. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store payment card information.
