This isn't therapy. I'm not a therapist and I won't pretend to be. But I've worked through weight I carried for decades, terrible self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, feeling lost and directionless, and a career I had to blow up and rebuild from scratch. That's not a credential — it's a reason to trust that I won't waste your time with vague encouragement or open-ended questions that go nowhere. Real conversations. Concrete next steps. These sessions are open-ended by design. Most people come in with one thing and realize there's something else underneath it. That's fine. We'll go where the conversation needs to go.
Weight & body image.
I was problematically overweight through most of my twenties. Never exercised, pre-diabetic, terrible body image. Then I turned it around — and learned that the mental side is the part nobody talks about enough.
Debt & financial management.
I've helped people close to me build real budgets, chip away at debt, and start actually saving — setting them on a path to a financial future that doesn't feel hopeless. Practical, direct, no judgment about where you're starting from.
Career & purpose.
I left a stable CPA career to pivot into tech sales — and failed at it the first time. I know what it feels like to start over without knowing if it'll work. I also know what it feels like when it does.
