These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Construct Coaching website located at construct.coach (the "Site"), operated by Daniel Kim ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Note: These Terms of Use govern use of this website only. The terms governing coaching services — including fees, cancellations, confidentiality, and liability — are set out in the separate Coaching Services Agreement provided to clients at the time of booking.
1. About This Website
This Site provides information about Construct Coaching's services, including the Break Into Sales program and Get Unstuck life coaching sessions. It also enables visitors to book sessions via a third-party scheduling tool (Cal.com) and to contact us directly.
The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over who are considering or have engaged coaching services with Construct Coaching.
2. Not Professional Advice
The content on this Site — including program descriptions and any other materials — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:
- Therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment
- Medical or psychological advice
- Legal advice
- Regulated financial or investment advice
Daniel Kim is a personal coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, financial advisor, or any other regulated professional. If you require any of the above, please consult a qualified professional.
